James A. Dobbin established DI in 1976 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, as the first firm in the world to specialize in ICM. Mr. Dobbin received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Toronto, specializing in regional planning, and a Master in Landscape Architecture degree from Harvard University.
